Yukari pickled yamaimo, soft egg with sansho ichimi and smoked bonito and kombu

GOHAN
Sesame and sansho pepper furikake, umeboshi

SOUP
Tororo kombu with fu

HAMACHI TWO WAYS
Sashimi and broiled with mizuna and wasabi miso dressing

ICHIGO DAIFUKU
Strawberry, red bean and soft mochi
